All listed activities are complimentary and included in the package; however, participation is entirely optional. No refunds or compensation will be provided if a guest chooses not to participate or if any activity becomes unavailable due to weather conditions, safety protocols, crowd control, natural limitations, or government restrictions. Please note that water sports may be suspended without prior notice due to regulatory orders, and are therefore not included in any of our packages. We are not responsible for such unavailability.

• Advance booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. All payments (except UPI) will incur additional platform charges.
• This is a budget backpacking trip, not a luxury package. Travel time may be long as we’re covering multiple locations in just 3 days. Be prepared for a fast-paced itinerary with long road journeys.
• The itinerary is subject to changes by the trip organizer subject to traffic/overcrowded/road blocks/govt. restrictions/any factors which are not under our control. Any extra costs arising during those times, should be borne directly by the client on the spot.
• During rainy seasons, some water activities (like rafting) may be suspended due to safety reasons. In such cases, we will offer alternative sightseeing like: Syntheri Rocks or other feasible spots No refund will be provided for cancelled activities.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the route, cancel/replace activities, or exclude members for safety and logistic reasons. Travelers are expected to cooperate and stay flexible. Be ready to adapt and manage any unexpected expenses or challenges independently.
• Zipline, kayaking, Zorbing, Swimming, 1km Rafting and boating are included as part of the dandeli activity. All other activities will be charged as per Karnataka Tourism's official prices at the time of visit.
• All stays are on a sharing basis. If a separate room for couples is required, an extra ₹1,500 per person per night is applicable (subject to availability).
• If activities are cancelled due to bad weather or official restrictions, the operator will do their best to offer an alternative plan. However, no refunds will be made for such cancellations.
